SEBI vide circular no. 140 dated 29.07.2020 has extended the timeline for submission of financial results for the quarter, half year and financial year ended June 30 by a month to September 15 2020. 

 Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 (‘LODR Regulations’) requires a listed company to submit its quarterly/half year/annual financial results within 45 days or 60 days as applicable, from the end of each quarter/half year/financial year. Accordingly, listed companies were required to submit financial results for the quarter/half year end 30th June, 2020 on or before 14th August, 2020. 

 After considering the representations received for extension of timelines, SEBI has decided to extend the said timeline for submission of financial results.
